The tmpture was 38 out side and the same on the inside Of the restaurant.the food was very low Quality. over all not a clean place I highly do not recommend

Always delicious

Food is mediocre. Chicken seems very cheap; small, grisly pieces. Crab rangoons had no cream cheese in them and tasted very fishy. Sauces were good. Steamed dumplings were tolerable. People seemed nice enough.

This used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant. This evening we ordered dinner & are extremely disappointed. The seafood delight & egg rolls were horrible! Not even edible. The szechuan chicken was decent but was mostly all onions, it had at least a whole onion if not more. I will not return

We love the food. We order it delivered and my only complaint is that they never charge the same amount. First time was $34 and it went up to$44 last time and this time we ordered the same thing as always except a small egg drop soup instead of a large one and they charged $45.

This is by far one of the best Chinese restaurants in the town of Anderson.

Very nice restaurant! The boy that plays video games in the corner is a nice touch! Overall great business other than there was a fly in my food :/

I ordered $40 worth of food. I got chicken on a stick, house fried rice, general tso's chicken, and the egg rolls. It was all delicious. The employees are all very friendly and fast. I would not recommend delivery. They charge $10 extra. And its cash only

If I could give zero stars i would. My husband and I ordered delivery to a hotel 10 minutes away at 9pm. It's 10:30, no delivery and no sign or any driver, not to mention no one at the phones, I've been sent to voicemail four times. Horrible horrible horrible. Never ordering from here again, and now literally nothing is open except McDonald's.

The people who run this restaurant are TERRIBLE! I made a delivery order and the lady wrote my address wrong. The guy who came into my workplace decided he would give me a piece of his mind loudly and in front of customers. I will Never return and it was my very first time. I hope it gets better from here.

we ordered from here tonight and not only did i get hung up on and had to call back to ask questions like how much is it and when will it be here but then when it did get here the delivery guy banged on my door repeatedly and then yelled at me because he was sure that i was supposed to pay with cash even though we already paid with a card, so i called the store for him to confirm and he snatched my phone out of my hand without even asking and stood in my doorway and yelled at the lady on the other end. then we get to the food, honestly i could have went to the freezer section at payless and spent less money and had better quality food. awful customer service and i will never order from them again.

This restaurant has the best Chinese food in town. Maybe the state. I don't know what happened to the reviewer who called the service poor. My family and I have been eating here for years and we've never had bad service. The portions are crazy large. We order takeout one night and have enough left over for lunch and dinner the next day. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The inside of the place is not very attractive but you will get over that once you try the food. You are really missing out if you haven't eaten here.

Everything is cooked to order so freshness is not an issue. Nice people.

First time ordering take out. I stood at the counter and watched them cooking. The man (owner) took a bowl of shrimp from frige and with bare hands picked up each shrimp to place in wok. BARE HANDS! I always order dumplings (my way to judge). Couldn't eat one! Horrible! Five bucks to the wind! The shrimp was fresh but the lobster sauce was yucky. I will never go there again. 14.00 down the drain! These people who wrote great reviews are people that probably have never been out of Anderson. I'm from Philadelphia. One of the best Chinatowns ever! Also I've been to New York's Chinatown. Amazing! And been to San Francisco's Chinatown. Unreal! THESE PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW THE CHINESE CUISINE! Not 5 mins after I posted this review I had an attack of severe diarrhea, 15 mins after eating this restaurant's food. My symptoms are classic food poisoning. Ugh! I'm totally disgusted! Please DO NOT DINE HERE!

Probably the most authentic Chinese food and Anderson.That being said the owners are unpleasant and the dining area is aged and in need of a restoration.I have only been here a couple of times in the last 7 years i haven't went back in 5 years.I'd rather go other places.

We eat there about once a week at least. Love the food and serving portions are large. Very friendly and can call and place order and it will be ready usually by the time we drive there to pick it up. Prices are great and people are very friendly. They have our business.

The food is always fresh and wonderful, how can one go wrong with a free egg roll? Reasonable prices, family owned. The woman doesn't speak the greatest English, be patient, she understands. One of the greatest Chinese places to chow down in town!

Favorite Chinese food in Anderson!

We've been eating here as since 1991 when we moved to the area. Service is always friendly and food is great. It may be a hole in the wall restaurant but I recommend it highly.

All the food taste the same& is very oily.The dumplings are tick and hars. Not going back!

Not quite my perfect trip to China House but I guess everyone has to have off days. It was really good. I have loved this place since it first opened close to 20 yrs ago. The lunch specials are my favorite. Can't beat the value and sure can't beat the taste.

It's so good there

This restaurant has been in Anderson Indiana for quite sometime, consist of a husband and wife team, and their now youngest son. Their service is prompt, no delay, and food, depending on what you order is not bad at all. Today I order 2 egg rolls, vegetable kind and small white rice. Usually their white rice is great but today, July 31, 2019 when I sit down to eat it, as I opened up the container it had a very strange sour like smell to it, and texture of the rice was extremely wet, like it needed to cook some more, but the odor, it left me feeling like, what is this? Sadly, I love their rice but I threw it in the garbage, so for this experience I give them a 4 star, since they are a great team and fast on their food orders. Summer I would recommend some type of AC in the restaurant so folks could sit and eat. That is all I have to state about them.

I would give a 0 star rating if I could. It was horrible. I spent $25 and the food was horrible. I went back with all of the food and asked for my money back. They started screaming at me that they would not be giving me back any of my money and told me to call the police. Worst Chinese I have ever had and worst customer service I have ever had anywhere.

Nicest family run business. They have the best dumplings and low mein. I'm from California, and initially had a hard time finding good Chinese food. But this place is awesome.

The food was very bland and small portioned for the price. I ordered black pepper chicken when I called and placed the order. When I arrived they told me they didnt have it, so I ordered Mongolian beef instead. When I got home they had given me hunan beef. The egg drop soup had no flavor and was so thickened with corn starch it looked like my kids slime they play with. So gross. They also packaged all of my prepared food into a raw shrimp box. Overall I spent 50 dollars and was very disappointed with what we received.

They could have better customer service, it's not like they are rude, they just rush you but they have GREAT food.

This place's food is terrible. Not to mention the lady told me $23 on the phone and charged me $41 when I got there. I didn't notice until it showed up on my credit card statement. My bad for not paying attention, not it's still fraud.
